Available as it is, or filled with a host of workout essentials, you can choose from a huge range of equipment to fill your HIIT Bench. If you're not sure what kit to choose, we'd recommend the following:

• 5 pairs of JLC Hex Dumbbells (2,4,6,8,10kg) 
• 1 x JLC Kettlebell  (8kg)
• 1 x  Jordan Fitness Medicine Ball or Slam Ball (5kg)
• 1 x Jordan Fitness Power Band (Black)
  

If you've got the room, make the most of your attachment loop and add a Battlerope (10 or 15 metre) from Jordan Fitness.
