The JLC Performance Bench is our top end adjustable bench, perfect for use in Garage Gyms and Home Gyms, as well as for commercial use in Personal Training Studios. and Gyms. Available in black, use this all rounder bench alongside your favourite dumbbells, barbells and gym rack, for an impressive number of upper body, lifting workouts. 

FULLY ADJUSTABLE

With seven back rest positions (with angles of adjustment from -5° to 80°), in addition to two seating positions, you'll be able to fine tune your lifting workout, around your body shape and height. With a simple slide and click system, it's easy to adjust from decline, to flat and upright, to maximise your workout potential. Featuring integrated wheels, it's also easy to move around, so you can use with your gym rack, or in isolation for a full body workout.

QUALITY MATERIALS

Made in Britain from super strength steel, this frame is as sturdy as they come, ensuring you feel safe and stable during your lifting workouts. Powder coated in a slick, matt finish, and with rubber feet to prevent slippage, you'll also enjoy pure comfort, from its, soft to the touch, back rest, with thick foam padding.
